Madrid; September 23, 2016. GINOS, the Grupo Vips Italian restaurant chain, has presented an completely updated gluten-free menu. The new menu offers improved versions of their recipes, with new top quality ingredients and new proposals such as the gluten-free version of one of its star desserts, Cioccolatissimo, and an alternative gluten-free kid’s menu which will be available as of mid-October.
The all-new offering is already available at 95 GINOS restaurants throughout Spain at the same price as the equivalent dishes on the menu.
The new gluten-free dishes were developed over nearly a year by the Grupo Vips Innovation and Quality team based on customers’ suggestions. With this new offering, the hope is that everyone with celiac disease can enjoy the same experience as the rest of GINOS customers safely thanks to strict safety protocols backed by the main celiac associations.
“Al dente” pasta, crunchier pizzas and new iconic dishes
The all-new gluten-free GINOS menu includes improved pasta and pizza recipes and new dishes made with top quality ingredients. GINOS gluten-free pasta like their Spaghetti Bolognese and Spaghetti Panna e Prosciutto are now served “al dente”. The Piemontese and Prosciutto pizzas are crunchier with the new recipe. The “antipasti” have also been reworked with new high quality ingredients and improved recipes for Fonduta di Formaggi and their Pane con Aglio.
Moreover, the desserts have been updated with a new Tiramisù Gelato recipe and the inclusion of one of the brand’s star dishes, their famous Cioccolatissimo.
