Ginos is surprising customers with its all-new dessert, Pizzeta with Nutella® & Gelato

    Madrid, June 7, 2016– Ginos, the Grupo Vips ristoranti which specialize in Italian cuisine, have updated their dessert menu with the launch of the innovative Pizzeta with Nutella® & Gelato, a slightly sweet pizza crust with a touch of orange blossom, Nutella®, a large scoop of ice cream from among a choice of seven flavors and hazelnuts.

    The Pizzeta with Nutella ® & Gelato was an inspiration of Ginos Executive Chef Adriana Restano, born in Parma (Italy) and is responsible for the culinary offerings of Ginos restaurants, who suggests a reinterpretation of the sweet pizza tradition found in Italian cuisine yet not very well known in Spain.

    The Ginos chef has combined two passions, her love for pizza and for that iconic Italian cocoa spread, in this original dessert which has become one of the best-selling  ones at Ginos restaurants in just the few short weeks since its launch with great feedback from customers.

    The Pizzeta with Nutella® & Gelato is an exclusive dish at Ginos restaurants which are known for their original format which is perfect for sharing a meal, artisan nature as the food is made to order in the open-view stone oven at Ginos restaurants, and the combination of Italian tradition with the original branch approach.

    The launch of the all-new Pizzeta with Nutella® & Gelato is a part of the renovation strategy being followed by the restaurant chain based on both updated menus as well as new decoration representing the brand's innovative spirit. Ginos has been seen for some time now with its new modern and urban interior design, inspired by the spirit of the cutting edge cities like London and New York and further away from the traditional Italian trattorias.

    The all-new design is inspired by a focus on Italian kitchens, one of the main rooms in the house where most family activity occurs. It combines country elements and materials such as untreated wood with an industrial touch in the use of metal and industrial lamps. All of this is complemented by the careful lighting which maintains the cozy and warm spirit Ginos restaurants are known for.


    Top quality ingredients from the best Italian suppliers

    The dishes on the all-new Ginos menu are artisan made to order using recipes that feature top quality ingredients brought straight from Italy by the best suppliers, like hard wheat pasta from the Puglia region, fresh all’uovo pasta from the Emilia Romaña region (the birthplace of fresh Italian pasta) and Pecorino, Grana Padano and Gorgonzola cheese, Mozzarella di Bufala Campana D.O. and the Pancetta arrotolata use in some of its pizza and pasta recipes.
