Ginos inaugurates its fourth location in Zaragoza

Ginos, the Grupo Vips brand which specializes in Italian food, has opened its fourth restaurant in the city of Zaragoza, located in the Gran Casa Shopping Mall.

The new location, which created 23 jobs, has a surface area of nearly 192 m2 with the capacity to host 124 customers (36 in the dining room and 88 on the shopping mall’s large indoor terrace). It is designed with the brand’s all-new image with a modern and urban interior design without giving up on the cozy and warm spirit that has always been typical of Ginos.

To date, the Ginos brand is present in 23 Spanish provinces and has a total of 116 restaurants in Spain (85 internally-owned and 31 franchises), making it the indisputable sector leader.

The Ginos offering: Top quality recipes and a cosmopolitan atmosphere

The Ginos culinary offering is known for its authentic Italian recipes where artisan processes predominate the preparation of their dishes, made to order with intense flavor in an open-view oven. Their dishes are made with top quality raw materials and ingredients, including references directly imported from Italy such as dry and fresh pasta from Puglia, arrototala (rolled) pancetta bacon and the Pecorino, Parmiggiano, Emilia Romagna and 100% buffalo mozzarella cheeses from southern Italy used in some of its pizza and pasta recipes. Moreover, Ginos has just added an all-new 100% whole grain pizza crust to its menu as one more step towards its commitment to innovation which seeks to offer varied, artisan and quality options to adapt to new trends and its customers’ needs. The 100% whole grain pizza crust has a higher mineral, vitamin, protein and fiber content due to the unrefined whole wheat.

Ginos also has a re-worked and award-winning gluten-free menu which includes versions of some of their most iconic dishes like their famous Cioccolatissimo.
