Palma de Mallorca; November 15, 2016.- VIPS, the original brand and flagship of Grupo Vips, the leading multi-brand and multi-format company in the restaurant and retail sector in Spain, inaugurated its first restaurant in Mallorca today, located at FAN Mallorca Shopping. With this opening, VIPS now has 116 restaurants throughout Spain between its VIPS and VIPS Smart brands including 84 internally-owned and 32 operated by franchisees.
Following an investment of approximately €570,000, the new VIPS covers an extensive surface area of 356m2 in the dining room for a capacity of a total of 158 diners. The opening has created 20 jobs.
VIPS is taking its “Really Open” idea to Mallorca, an idea that underlines the characteristics that makes it different: a brand for all ages and tastes with a menu which includes everything from trendy dishes for healthy eating like bulgur, kale and its Green Vitality green juice to the brand’s classics like its famous pancakes and shakes or all-new “Premium” hamburgers. It offers all of this with non-stop extended opening hours so customers can enjoy the VIPS experience all day long from an early morning breakfast to a late supper.
Plus, VIPS has an extensive menu of the day which is updated each week and a child's menu starting at €7.95. They also have a gluten-free menu for those who are gluten intolerant which is certified by FACE (Spanish Federation of Coeliac Associations).
