Ginos committed to Autumnal flavors

    • Ginos introduces a limited edition, only until November 30 Pizza Tartufo e Funghi, made with premium seasonal ingredients such as boletus edulis mushrooms and truffles.
    • Furthermore, it renews the recipes of some of its most iconic dishes, such as the Linguine Verdi Forestali and the Lunette Tartufo e Funghi, which now include a new mix of wild mushrooms.

    Madrid, 4 November 2016 - In these autumn months, the woods give us one of the most appreciated gourmet products: Truffles and a variety of mushrooms, which delight the most demanding of palates. To celebrate, Ginos, restaurants of Grupo Vips, which specialize in Italian-Mediterranean cuisine, have enhanced their menu to pay homage to these exquisite seasonal ingredients by launching a limited-edition pizza as well as renewing the recipes of some of its most iconic dishes.

    Only available until 30 November, at Ginos you can enjoy the original Tartufo and Fungui Pizza, made with premium ingredients of the season such as mushroom and truffle sauce, directly imported from Italy, Alpine ham; A surprising mix of flavors of cooked artisanally before you, which astound due to their exquisite flavor and originality.

    Furthermore, Ginos has enhanced the recipes of some of its most iconic dishes, such as Lunette Tartufo e Funghi Stuffed with truffles in a creamy wild mushroom sauce and Linguine Verdi Forestali, a green hay pasta with semi-dry tomatoes, scamorza cheese and chicken, which now includes a new mushroom mix with novelties such as funghi castagnoli and boletus.

    These launches add to its innovation strategy, which Ginos follows as well as its commitment to incorporate products of the season in its dishes as well choice ingredients imported directly from Italy, ingredients such as dry and fresh pasta from Puglia and Pecorino, Parmiggiano cheese and 100% Mozzarella buffalo milk cheese or truffles used in some of its Autumnal pizza and pasta recipes.
