Our Corporate responsibility Master Plan is aimed at 3 main objectives: to create value for our professionals by developing their potential and commitment, to provide practical solutions for the needs surrounding us, getting our collaborators, customers and suppliers involved, and to make progress each day in responding to our customers' needs and, thus, achieve excellence in quality.
Corporate responsibility
At Grupo Vips, we define our corporate responsibility as the set of the commitments acquired by our various business divisions in their management as well as our community-based projects which are carried out in order for us to be a part of the solutions to social and environmental challenges.
In order to do so, we work in collaboration with the companies and social services organizations that best fit the commitments outlined in our Corporate Social Responsibility Strategic Plan.

A program designed to improve the skills people need to get a job via employment training activities (pre-employment skills and competencies), on-the-job training (internships) and career development training. The focus: young people who find it difficult to enter the job market.
DISCOVER HOWOur corporate volunteer programs seek to make an impact and offers specific solutions in places where our restaurants-cafeterias, are located by detecting needs and setting up projects with local charity organizations.
DISCOVER HOWWe encourage a healthy diet and habits by constantly working on our culinary offering, the ingredients and production methods and offering alternatives at the customer's choice.
DISCOVER HOWWe foster efficient and environmentally friendly behaviors in the activities carried out at our restaurants-cafeterias and the British Sandwich Factory.
